Richard Howley is the head of asset finance in London for Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. Richard has been working on LNG shipping matters since 1999 and has been a regular speaker at LNG conferences, including speaking and moderating at previous Gastech conferences and assisting with the Gastech student programme. He has been practicing in the shipping finance sector for over 30 years and is recognised as a Band 2 Individual in Chambers Legal Directory. Norton Rose Fulbright is recognised as a leading global law firm for both shipping and energy law.
