Jean-Christian Heintz has a 25-year technical and commercial experience in Natural Gas and LNG. A seasoned LNG business developer, he was appointed as Head of LNG at DXT Commodities, SCB Brokers and more recently Alpiq, building desks from A to Z in each of these companies. Prior to that, Jean-Christian held various trading and contract management roles at Paris-based Engie (formerly known as GDF Suez). Since 2017, Jean-Christian has been active as an independent advisor for numerous customers ranging from new entrants to industrials and utilities. He is also known on the social media for his weekly digest "LNG espresso" which is now in its 7th season. Jean-Christian holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne.
