Happy Saini is Team Leader, QMS at ADNOC LNG. His MBA is from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, a top three institution, and his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering is from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi. Happy’s 10 years in the energy industry has focused on strategy, investments, and sustainability. He has worked on several critical projects at ADNOC LNG including developing market entry strategies, shipping deals and billion-dollar business cases. Happy was appointed sustainability lead for ADNOC LNG in 2021 and is spearheading a multi-functional team working on driving the company’s carbon agenda.
