Tsubasa Ando is currently working as a representative of Technical Solution Department in Singapore, which provides technical services for alternative fuels, decarbonization technologies, and any other new technologies. In the last couple of years, he was mainly engaged in liquefied hydrogen project, and have been located in Singapore from April 2023.
He joined ClassNK shortly after graduating from the University of Tokyo with a Master’s degree in naval architecture in 2009 and has been exclusively serving his carrier for design support and plan approval for LNG and other gas carriers, oil/chemical tankers, etc. in ClassNK.
As one of ClassNK’s foremost technical experts, he is involved in novel projects relating to alternative fuels and decarbonization technologies.
