Dr. Sebastian Braun, Head of Power & Hydrogen Quant Analytics Sebastian is heading the power and hydrogen analysts at ICIS and is responsible for operations and development. He got a demonstrated 10 years history of working in the utilities industry and energy forecasting with stays in Norway, Turkey, Spain and Germany. Sebastian holds a master degree from KIT in industrial engineering, and he defended his PhD thesis (Dr.-Ing.) on hydro storage optimization and trading at TU Munich, supervised by Prof. Hamacher and Prof. Wozabal. On a personal note, Sebastian is passionate about gardening, ski touring and constructing things for his kids.
