Roshan Joseph holds the role of Director - Strategy, Business Development & Commercialization at Siemens Energy. He drives the global business strategy for the midstream market segment (LNG, Gas Pipelines and Storage) providing market segment leadership across regions and functions within the business. In the Americas, he also addresses customer opportunities for decarbonization, offering compression solutions and commercializing new compression technologies working together with customers, EPCs, technology licensors, equipment suppliers and other partners in the ecosystem.
Roshan has held roles in engineering, R&D, product development, program management, business development, strategy and innovation management during his career spanning 20 years, 15 of which has been focused on energy and oil and gas. He has also contributed to American Petroleum Institute (API) task forces for revising industry standards.
Roshan holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and business certificates from the Harvard Business School.
