Jessica is an energy and LNG / natural gas specialist based in Singapore, with extensive experience advising on major energy project development and operational matters and complex upstream M&A transactions across the oil and gas / LNG sectors in the Asia-Pacific region (with a particular focus on South East Asia) and globally.
She has significant LNG experience, having advised on the development of a number of LNG regasification projects (including FSRUs) and LNG liquefaction projects, including advising on project structuring, joint venture arrangements, construction and procurement of project infrastructure, FSRU charter arrangements, LNG marketing and procurement and natural gas sales and transportation arrangements across the region.
