Nicolas Leong is the Energy Business Director, North & Southeast Asia at Wärtsilä Energy. In his role, he leads the sales and business development teams, ensures customer satisfaction, and accelerates the energy transition in his region. Nicolas is an active speaker and thought leader in the market where he is passionately promoting the need for flexibility as the key enabler for renewable integration in today’s energy transition and tomorrow’s decarbonisation. Nicolas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with Honours from National University of Singapore. He is currently located in Singapore.
