Andreas Schroeder is Head of Energy Analytics at ICIS and he builds on a long-standing experience in energy economics with a focus on market analysis of traded energy commodities. Given his professional activities in the private sector (ICIS, E.ON/Uniper, Vattenfall) as well as the public sector (International Energy Agency / OECD, DIW Berlin, EU Commission), Andreas' network stretches broadly across the whole energy sector. Andreas defended his PhD Thesis on power markets in 2013 at DIW / TU Berlin, supervised by Prof. von Hirschhausen and Prof. Kemfert.
